Terms of Design

PAYMENT

* Paypal is my only accepted method of payment.

* 50% of your blog design package total is required up front and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% will be expected prior to installation and is non-refundable once installation is complete.

PLATFORMS

* At this time I only create designs for Blogger/Blogspot.com blogs

* I am only a designer and will not set up your blog for you. You can however, do that yourself in 3 easy steps by visiting Blogger.com.

DESIGN PROCESS

* Once you have contacted me to let me know which design package you'd like, I will let you know what place you will have in my queue. This may change depending on how timely you are in returning a short questionnaire and payment. I will send you a Paypal invoice and a questionnaire that will be based on the package you have chosen and will notify you of your exact place in my queue after both are returned.

* Once I begin your design, I will have a first draft for you within two days. The first draft will be implemented on a practice blog so you can get the entire picture of what your blog could look like. You may revise till your hearts content and we've found the look that is perfect for you! But please be sure you are absolutely content with your design before installation has commenced. Once installation is in progress, any tweaks you ask for will incur a $25 an hour charge. After installation is complete any changes you ask for will incur a completely new charge.

* A blog redesign is often a quick succession of emails. To help move things along efficiently please check your email frequently during the design process.

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

* I retain intellectual property of your design, and ask that all parts of the blogs design remain intact. If you alter my design, it is no longer a reflection of my work. You are of course free to remove my design completely at any point but you may not alter it. I am happy to work with you on a new design at some point. Or I offer add on design items we can use to update your current design.

* My business is family friendly only. I reserve the right to decline your business if I find the content of your blog vulgar or offensive.

* I require a link back to this website be placed somewhere on your new design. You may choose to either have a navigation button stating that I did your redesign installed in your sidebar or to have the link as text in the footer of your new design. Please do not remove or alter the link or link image.
